PAYMENT

The following methods of payment are available

-Direct Deposit

Paypal payment is generally cleared immediately allowing faster shipping of your order. 

Mastercard & Visa will be processed by us the following business day and if payment is accepted, your order will be shipped.   PLEASE NOTE:  The detail on your credit card statement will show 'Maroochydore Fresh Qld' as this is the name which our EFTPOS & Credit Card processing terminal operates under.

If paying by direct deposit please follow the checkout process and at the end of the order process select 'Direct Deposit' as payment method.  You will then be advised on how to proceed and accound details will be emailed to you.  Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received in our account and cleared.

SHIPPING

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post within 2 working days of order being placed and payment being cleared. 

Should you require your item sooner, we can use express post.  Please email me at the time of placing the order and I will add the additional cost to your order. 

If you require registered post, please email me prior to ordering. 

 For international orders, please email me for a shipping quote.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• You must advise us within 10 days of placing the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange
• The item/s must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and be in new & unworn condition.  Items must not be washed.
• Postage costs will not be refunded. 
• We have detailed sizing information included with listed items to help you make your decision.  Should you require further information, please contact us prior to ordering.
• Due to the nature of our items, being that many are handmade, fabric placement and detail may vary slightly to pictures.  If you require an exact copy of something please contact me beforehand to ensure this is possible.

Boodabubs will not provide refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Fabric placement discrepancies, unless you have contacted to confirm that your request is possible prior to ordering            

Boodabubs will pay postage costs for a replacement item ONLY when the item has been received faulty or damaged (excluding postage damage) or an incorrect item has been received.  In all other situations, such as incorrect size, it is the customers responsibility to pay return postage and replacement item postage.

I am happy to deliver items to you if you live in the Sunshine Coast area.

QUALITY

At Boodabubs we take great pride in the quality of our garments.  Many of the items sold in the Boodabubs store are handmade by us here at Boodabubs or other WAHMums.   All Boodabubs items have overlocked seams and topstitching where appropriate.  All pants/shorts crotch seams are triple stitched.  Blank tops and singlets used are of high quality.  All appliques are satin stitched unless they are designed to frey (which will be noted in item description).  All fabrics are pre-washed for shrinkage and care instructions are provided.

All non Boodabubs products sold through our store have also been quality tested by myself and my team to ensure they can withstand the conditions children will put them through.

SIZING

The Boodabubs sizing tends to run on the larger size as all patterns were initially based on my two big boys.  If you are unsure or have any queries regarding sizing please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@boodabubs.com.au.
