Beanie is 100% cotton and decorated with ribbon and a crotcheted flower.
Beanie is about 36cms around - unstretched. Has nice soft elastic that will stretch another 5cms. Would fit from around 12months up to about 4years of age. Picture 2 shows the beanie on a 3 year old head.
