Made from light weight 100% cotton denim. Flares feature a wide leg with contrasting cotton & denim ruffle at the bottom of each leg. They have a soft elastic waist for maximum comfort and are designed to be worn just shorter than full length. Sizing is very flexible and would fit a 2-3yr old as 3/4length pants. Model in the photo wears size 1-2yrs and is aged 21mths.
